Geldings $300 to $450

Educated

Geldings $1000 to $1800

Mares $1000 to $1800

Prices will vary substantially horse to horse depending on level of education, temperament etc

Unbroken uneducated horses will not be sold to most people, we will ask you to demonstrate your ability to train horses.

Occasionally we will have horses that are available free of charge to a good home due to various reasons including temperament or time on the property etc. Currently we have seven horses available at no charge.

Warranty

As per Australian Consumer Laws, we guarantee that horses we supply:

• are of acceptable quality - the horse is as we advertise it to be, in terms of health, training, temperament etc
• are fit for any purpose that you have made known to us, or we have advertised it as being fit for
• have been accurately described
• have a clear title, unless we advise you otherwise before the sale
• come with undisturbed possession, so no one has the right to take the goods away from or to prevent you from using them
• are free from any hidden securities or charges

The below does not imply any kind of express warranty, the only warranty we provide is that guaranteed by Australian Consumer Law, that said we're a charity, not a dodgy used car yard so accordingly:

We may also choose to honour a warranty beyond our statutory obligation at our sole discretion in whatever manner we see fit.

We will usually accept the return of a horse for any reason, however a full refund may not be given where it is not expressly required by consumer law, particularly where the treatment of a horse has been deemed unacceptable by us.
